• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a user's cv999 account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit offered by cv999, subject to specific conditions.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

The following conditions must be met to open an account on cv999:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.

Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit, you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, a total of ৳15,000 (৳1,000 × 15) must be wagered.

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Each promotion on cv999 has its own specific terms. In the event of account closure, the process of returning any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be at cv999's discretion.

cv999's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on the user's net loss for that week.

• A maximum weekly cashback of 0.3% applies at the Bronze tier.
• A maximum weekly cashback of 0.6% applies at the Silver tier.
• A maximum weekly cashback of 0.9% applies at the Gold tier.
• A maximum weekly cashback of 1.2% applies at the Platinum tier.

The cashback benefit will not exceed the maximum rate set for the respective tier. cv999 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP programme.
